Eric Ortiz is a classical pianist, piano instructor, and accompanist based in Vancouver, BC. Trained under the Russian piano tradition with Natalia Tibet from the School of Music at UANL (Mexico), he has studied and performed advanced repertoire by Chopin, Rachmaninoff, Beethoven, Liszt, Debussy, and Schubert. Eric has experience teaching students following the Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) curriculum, helping learners develop technique, musical expression, and performance confidence. He is also a PhD researcher at the University of British Columbia (UBC), bringing a structured and personalized approach to music education. 🎹
